My song of the week is from the wonderful British soul and R&B recording artist and songwriter Emeli Sandé.
The track can be found on her latest album "Our Version of Events" released this month.

How Was it for you?
It's certainly getting a lot of attention online, David Cronenberg’s film, A Dangerous Method keeps you at an arm’s length as it dives into the world of the , perverse and the key forces that shaped how we think about our own subconscious, our dreams, our sexual desires. It is understandably a film of interest to people like us, but it is the 'outing' of a few more people is what interests me.Imagine the curious person who goes along to see this movie, and comes away moved by the somewhat familiar patterns in the behaviors of the characters in it to their own dreams and desires.
The film is set at a time when no one really talked about fetishes or deranged sexual needs — or any sexual needs at all.
Sabina, Keira Knightley’s character who is driven by a sadomasochistic fetish
They each seek freedom — but freedom is the one thing, at that time, that eludes them.

We grow, grow, happy as a new dawn...
My tune of the week is from English songwriter Ben Howard's latest album "Every Kingdom".
The track "Old Pine" was released back in April 2011, but it is still being played every day on my iPod.

Monogomy

The Civil Wars on Jools...
Thoroughly enjoyed the performance by Nashville duo The Civil Wars on Jools Holland's Later show this week!
This cover of Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" was fabulous.
